Café Chorégraphique is an opportunity for artists to present new choreographic work and to receive feedback from an invited audience of peer artists, venue managers and representatives from arts and dance organisations.

Café Chorégraphique 2009

Many Thanks to all the artists involved in the 2009 Café Chorégraphique platform - your contributions made for a very fruitful day.

This year the platform was developed further with the introduction of the Liz Lerman method of giving and receiving feedback. The philosophy behind the model is to give the artist ownership of the feedback. The artist decides what questions they want to discuss and which pieces of feedback they want to explore further.

This felt very much like the first foray into the Liz Lerman model and something we would like to develop further in the future. It certainly provided the contributing choreographers food for thought.

Following from their showcase of All for a Few at Café Chorégraphique 2009 Udifydance Company went on to perform the full work to great reviews at this years Resolutions!
